  • Your initial assessment is a 90-minute deep dive into you. How you move, what motivates you and what you actually want from your training. We’ll look at mobility and strength baselines, injuries and history, and clearly define goals you’re working towards. From nailing your first push-up to building the strength for handstands or ring work. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a plan for where we go next.
