Your initial assessment is a 90-minute deep dive into you. How you move, what motivates you and what you actually want from your training.
We’ll assess mobility and strength baselines, review injuries and medical history, and clearly define the goals you’re working towards. From nailing your first push-up to working on a ring muscle-up. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a plan for where we go next. -
