I’m Chloe McMillan, a women’s movement coach, registered nurse, and student of Integrative Medicine. My work lives at the meeting point of science and spirit — where training becomes a way of coming home to yourself.

My time in nursing showed me how many women move through life disconnected from their bodies — following routines that overlook their own needs. Witnessing that shaped my belief that health isn’t just physical. True strength is built when we learn to trust our bodies, feel supported, and stay connected to ourselves.

In my own practice, I’ve pursued skills, like handstands, strength and mobility work, as a way to find a deeper connection. Devoting yourself to any discipline becomes a great teacher; it asks for patience, humility, and presence. For me, movement is both grounding and sacred — it connects me to something greater than myself.

Elemental Way grew from that understanding: a space where structure meets flow — where training becomes both a discipline and a form of self-connection.

My philosophy is simple: real progress comes from consistency, not perfection. Through strength training, bodyweight skills, and mobility work, I help women reconnect with confidence and rhythm — building the kind of strength that carries into every part of life.
